Fail To Plan Results in Planning To Fail

As a business consultant, I have experience helping clients to prepare three year Business Plans.

This planning process, if done seriously and competently, can help good businesses become
great. Having a professional facilitator like me produces an even better result when a business
has a meeting with key people.

Even so, all too many business will not plan at all. Instead, they simply dream about eventual
success, which will never happen without specific goals.

This is the time of year to be doing your 2008-2010 Business Plan. I can help you.

Are there people out their who agree with me and can share their planning success with others?

In addition, are theyre naysayers who think business planning is unproductive?

Let's hear from you.
